Building Survey:
Suitable for all properties and particularly for those which are
old, unusual, Listed, renovated or altered and extended. A
detailed report tailored to meet buyer’s requirements.
The New RICS
HomeBuyers Report: A mid price
service. This uses a standardized format recently revised by the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The Homebuyers Report
includes a valuation and is suited to property which is
conventionally built. It focuses on urgent and major defects, and
may offer a suitable Report for those buyers who are seeking some
re-assurance about their proposed purchase.
Residential Valuation:
Required for Probate and Divorce Proceedings reasons, but also to
assist potential purchasers. These are prepared for solicitors and
accountants as well as private clients.
Home Energy Report:
Many home owners can benefit from a Home Energy Assessment without
the need, and high cost, of a HIP (Home Information Pack). You do
not have to be marketing your property for sale or to let in order
to obtain advice. This economical Report is available to ordinary
home owners who are looking for advice similar to that provided by
an Energy Performance Certificate. We have been carrying out
Energy Appraisals since the year 2000.
Expert Witness:
This service is for those in need of professional assistance in
the event of disputes related to property matters e.g. over
property values, building defects, etc.

Finder:
Our property
finder service assists private and corporate purchasers to
source property to purchase or rent in West Wales.
